Transforming the In-Store Experience: An Immersive Digital Showroom
During my tenure at EE, I led the design team as a strategic arm of the business called Co-Create, developing the Magic Wall prototype and securing funding for this initiative to transform the in-store experience. By integrating advanced prototyping techniques with multi-sensory elements, we created a digital showroom that allowed users to explore products interactively. Our testing revealed that 50% of participants found the experience helpful in making informed purchase decisions, highlighting its potential to enhance customer engagement.
