Transforming Broadband Renewal: Driving Engagement and Conversions
In Q2 2023/24, I led a design team to enhance our broadband renewal process, which drew around 1,000 weekly visitors. Key changes, such as displaying contract lengths upfront and a sticky "Get in touch" button, resulted in a 260% increase in conversions and a 44% boost in user satisfaction scores. Overall, these improvements significantly reduced user confusion and enhanced engagement across the experience.
